No one leaves this earth until their journey on it is complete, and today the good Lord called you home. Thank you for preparing me for life as I know it, for the guidance, and knowing when to step in and when to let me figure it out on my own. Thank you for the daily phone convos, the getaway trips to Atlantic City, and the coconut custards pies. I'm happy you were able to see me perform before your passing, I felt the pride in you that day. Advisor, comedian, friend... mother. Will miss you dearly.
